The project will go beyond a visual refresh. Existing website content, technical materials, clinical information and public disclosures will be reorganized into a clearer company story, while the investor relations section will be expanded to better support Cortigent’s new public-company identity, automated market information and ongoing communications.

Third-Party Technology
The website may require third-party plugins to provide certain functionality. IBN carefully selects established solutions with strong track records; however, third-party plugins may occasionally require replacement, reconfiguration or updates as WordPress, PHP and browser technologies evolve.
Ongoing Support
After completing the deliverables involved in this redesign, future updates requested from IBN will generally be billed at a standard rate of $80 per hour.
General Terms of Services
The Client Partner (CP) confirms that the information provided in this Agreement for website development services is accurate and complete and correctly represents the business objectives of the Company. CP certifies, by the signature hereto of Client’s authorized representative, that CP, including by and through the party signing for CP, has read the entire IBN agreement and IBN Disclaimer at http://IBN.fm/Disclaimer and hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of and representations in the IBN Disclaimer, Service Agreement and the General Terms and Service Agreement found here: http://IBN.fm/GTSA (collectively, the “Agreement”).
The individual signing for CP also certifies his or her understanding of the agreement with our policies and agrees to be bound by such policies. CP further acknowledges there are no refunds of any sort or kind in Cash/Wire/Credit Card/Crypto and that this insertion order is for website development and related services only. CP also acknowledges no assurances have been made and holds no expectation of a response or reaction based on the services performed by IBN. CP indemnification will survive the completion or termination of this insertion order. CP will be responsible for advising IBN of any information or facts that would affect the accuracy of any prior data, as well as information publicly disseminated or furnished to IBN.
